Behavior Analyst & Life Coach 

I coach teens/pre-teens to become their best confident self. While gaining tools in confidence, coping skills with emotions, stress, conflict resolution skills, stepping outside their comfort zone, advocating and asking for help in the classroom, how to implement change and so much more. 

Additionally, I coach adults who are seeking to make a change in their life to feel more fulfilled. This can range anywhere from learning to feel your best self, change careers and face the emotional challenges that come with that journey, finding how to reach tangible goals and also reaching emotional goals of well-being, confidence, self assured, excitement and vitality for life again. If you have a goal you are eager to reach and don't know where to start or how to feel it’s attainable, I can help you not only reach that goal but feel confident on your journey to that goal. 

With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis, I love to help you create small actionable tasks that work towards building momentum towards your goals. While working on those small goals, I  incorporate skills to teach you to reframe self limiting beliefs, build confidence, create change, and handle emotions in a healthy manner. This easily shifts you into feeling empowered, at ease and excited with your path.

My Personal Story in Creating Change in My Life

I followed the path I always loved, the field of Psychology. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from FIU and a Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. After some time working in my field with an agency, I started feeling that this wasn't my forever. The idea of that terrified me, because to me it was supposed to be my forever. I wanted to settle into my life and goals already. (Always in a rush). The thought of all the time and money invested and not knowing what else I would do, created worry and stress in me.

Though I loved my work, I couldn't do it forever. There were so many things I wanted to be different. I set the intention that when it was time I would be open to whatever is next for me. Stress took a toll on me, I decided to leave the agency and set out on my own. It was the best decision I made, I found a way to meld my passion and experience together. I created an approach to work with others where I combine some aspects of behavior analysis, counseling, social emotional learning and much more. This same approach has led me to reach this space of fulfillment in my own business.

I had to learn to release limiting beliefs, replace them with new beliefs that served me and my goals, take small actionable steps, and learn to handle the emotions that come with creating change in our life in a healthier manner. 

I believe that understanding how to approach change and make it easy on ourselves on every level (level of emotions, beliefs/thoughts, behavior) is the key to making an impactful and lasting change in our life towards what makes us feel fulfilled. 

It brings me great joy to not just help Teens/Pre-teens and Adults find that in my Life Coaching Program but also teach them this. They take those tools with them to continue to create their goals, dreams, well-being and fulfillment.

Coaching Teens on confidence, to feel comfortable making friends/trying new things, handling conflict with peers/teachers/parents, understanding their emotions, self esteem, advocating for themselves, asking for help in classrooms with teachers, coping with anxiety, stress, and learning to implement change. Sessions are tailored to Teen's goals & needs. 

This program includes weekly follow up sessions with Parent to build support and lasting change.
